To fix the problem, please do the following:
- Delete application from Mac
- Delete VPN Shield profile: 1. Open System preferences -> 2. Click Profiles -> 3. Click VPN Shield profile -> 4. Click Remove (system could ask you to confirm the action)
- Empty trash
- Sign Out from Apple Store
- Reboot computer
- Sign In to Apple Store
- Download VPN Shield and try to run it.
All steps are required.
